Family,
God is still speaking loudly in the revelation of Belief. Belief is the power of Salvation, the gateway for breakthrough, the release to live the impossible. Belief aligns us with the heartbeat of God. When we believe in someone we empower them, when we believe in ourselves, we enable and when we believe in God we soar.
Its not just enough to trust God, to have faith in God, we must believe! And it is okay to believe in the God in you. God believes in you. He has given His son for you. Today at Family, we want you to experience the power of that Belief. We want you to experience a God who loves you and believes in you, and we want you to soar!

Family,
Today we get an awesome opportunity to team with a powerful, anointed leader, and see him launched in to his destiny. Pastor Des Nelson was my youth pastor many years ago. He spoke the Word of God with conviction, truth, and laid a mighty foundation that has impacted my life along with so many others. He has pastored in this region and has been part of our team for years. At the same time, he has been a chaplain in the United States Army Reserves, and now is being deployed to Afghanistan for the next 12 months. We believe in Des, and what God has called him to in this step of faith he is taking as he continues to minister to our soldiers! Today, we encourage you to join with us as we celebrate this next step, and pray over him today, and throughout the year. The Army is a better place with CH (CPT) Des Nelson in it, and we are better with him in our lives!

Today’s prayer
Lord, sometimes I am tempted to insulate myself from weird, different people. I don’t want to deal with them. But you never flinched. You go out of your way to deliver the hurting and hopeless. Let me be like you. Let me have more faith in your power than my little scientific mindset can logically handle. Help me to love the unlovely. Help me to obey you, even when it goes against what I want to do. Help me- I WANT TO BE A HISTORY MAKER !! In your powerful name, I pray. Amen.
