The River City School of Supernatural Ministry is dedicated to training and releasing people into ministry for this Revival. We are a "hands-on" school with a focus on character and supernatural power. We endeavor to raise up a prophetic generation equipped to minister in signs and wonders. An important part of this school will be establishing ministries through various outreaches, from the inner cities to the nations.Objectives of RCSM: Embrace the current outpouring and learn to advance it! Identify and release spiritual gifting. Develop a deeper intimacy with God - Father, Son and Holy Spirit. Receive healing for life's hurts and walk in love, acceptance and forgiveness. The subject matter listed will be covered as well as many others. However, this listing is more of a guide than a rule, and is subject to change at the Holy Spirit’s direction. RCSM students play a large role in affecting our community in powerful ways! Whether you are a musician or not, our goal is to foster in you the heart of a worshiper. Throughout every week, we provide numerous opportunities for you to encounter God through worship. In addition to being led into worship by some amazing worship leaders, we offer many other facets of worship training: Song WritingWorship developmentProphetic ArtDanceProphetic WorshipCreative writingWorship leadingWorship team organization There are plenty of opportunities to worship outside of class time: Midnight Pursuit, 24 hr Worship, Spark worship nights, Eagle’s Nest, Ministry teams, outreaches and more.Student PoliciesStandard of Conduct: Students will seek to “be imitators of God” with “not even a hint of sexual immorality, or any kind of impurity,” living as “children of light” and finding out “what pleases the Lord.” (Eph.5:1-12) This standard governs our personal and public life.Attendance: Students are expected to attend classes regularly and punctually. During each semester, the maximum number of absences permitted is six days. Exceptions to this policy will be made for extreme circumstances and emergencies only. If your absences total more than 12 days a school year, you will not receive a Certificate of Completion, but may still attend classes.Discipline of Students: Any student who is found to be acting in a manner that will bring discredit to the Kingdom of God will be disciplined. That student will meet with the overseer to discuss accountability. The student will be placed on probation if he/she fails to respond to correction. The overseer may also decide upon dismissal if such action is deemed appropriate.Withdrawal: Any student who wishes to withdraw from River City School of Ministry must arrange an appointment with the Overseer to discuss the reasons for withdrawing from the School. For tuition refund information, see the section under financial information. General InformationChildcare: River City School of Ministry does not provide childcare. However, you may contact His Family Christian Preschool at (916) 988-6689 for information on childcare costs. This service is located on campus, but is a separate entity from the School of Ministry. Child care for ages 0-5 is provided during our church services.Housing: Each student is responsible for their own living expenses and arrangements. You may contact the school office for limited assistance in locating housing. Financial InformationTuition: $2,500.00 (Cost includes all text books and classroom materials, conference costs and outreach. There are minimal costs for traveling.)VARIOUS PAYMENT PLANS AVAILABLE – MUST CONTACT RCSM OFFICE TO DISCUSS Living Expenses: Students are responsible for their own living expenses. For assistance in locating housing, please call the school office.Refund Policy: In the case of a student deciding to withdraw from RCSM within the first two weeks of enrollment, all tuition except $300 will be refunded. A separate refund schedule is available for those who pay in full at the beginning of the year.Financial Aid: River City School of Ministry is not an accredited school with the State of California; therefore it is not eligible for financial aid, student loans or grants.
